BUTTERFLIES OR SNOWFLAKES?

Fljúga hvítu fiðrildin fyrir utan glugga; þarna siglir einhver inn ofurlítil dugga. Icelandic children all learn this old nursery rhyme telling of white butterflies fluttering in front of a window and a small boat coming safely to shore. The butterflies cast shadows and reflect light “drawing” a flying butterfly on the wall.
