Usage Restrictions

All of the content you see and hear on the Bility.is web site, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Bility / Studiobility ehf, one of its affiliates or by third parties who have licensed their materials to Bility / Studiobility ehf. The entire content of the Bility.is web site is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. & Icelandic copyright laws, and coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the content.

The content of the Bility.is web site, and the site as a whole, are intended solely for the personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site. You may download, print or store selected portions of the content, provided you (1) only use these materials for your own personal, noncommercial use, (2) do not copy or post the content on any network computer or broadcast the content in any media, and (3) do not modify or alter the content in any way, or delete or change any copyright or trademark notice.

No right, title or interest in any content or materials is transferred to you as a result of any such activities. Bility / Studiobility ehf reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any content you download, reproduce, print, redistribute or store from this web site.

Bility is a federally registered trademark. Except as noted above, you may not copy, download, reproduce, modify, publish, redistribute, retransmit, publicly display, publicly perform or create derivative works from the content without first obtaining written permission from Bility / Studiobility ehf.

Contract

Bility accepts orders upon receipt of payment for goods ordered. Immediately upon receipt of payment we send you confirmation via e-mail and thereby a legal contract is established between you and Bility.

Prices and Taxes

If the delivery destination is outside Iceland NO VAT is added to the price. If you reside in Iceland, 25.5% VAT is added to the price. Freight costs are added to the original price. Please note that some areas may be outside our shipping range. Information regarding shipping may be obtained in the section below labelled “Shipping”. Customers residing outside of Iceland may find their orders subject to import duties/tariffs. All such costs are paid by the buyer.

Products

We make every effort to display our products in realistic colors. However, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of the colors as they appear on your computer. This is due to unavoidable technical limitations of web pictures. Furthermore, we make every effort to furnish you with the correct descriptions and dimensions of our products, although small discrepancies may occur.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if received by Bility via e-mail within 4 working days of delivery. The cancellation request must include your name and order number. Such cancellations are accepted without reservations and are fully°° refundable. In the event the goods are already shipped, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original wrappings.

We hope that you will be pleased with the goods purchased from us. In the event you receive damaged or defective goods, we guarantee replacement as soon as possible subject to the condition that we are notified within 4 working days via e-mail.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via the Icelandic post office subject to their terms and conditions. The orders are delivered to your home and are shipped within 4-5 working days providing they are in stock. Freight will be charged according to the current prices published by Iceland Post.

Return Policy

In the event you are not satisfied with goods form Bility, they can be returned to us within 7 days of arrival. Refund will be issued within 30 days. Receipt must be included with all returned goods. If the goods were damaged in shipping, we request that you save the goods and their original wrappings and contact our website immediately.

Governing Law

This contract is in accordance to Icelandic Law and therefore subject to Icelandic jurisdiction in the event that disputes may arise

Bility guarantees your privacy and will make every effort to protect the security of the personal information we collect. Therefore we have instituted the following security precautions regarding the manner in which we gather, keep, and utilize information you provide. The following guarantee applies only to our website and not to websites that may be connected to Bility.

Personal Information

We obtain personal information on visitors to our web-site on a strictly voluntary basis and only as it pertains to registration, receipt of orders, and the general use of the site. Those include your name, e-mail, phone number, address, and information about delivery destination. You can of course access the website without revealing such information. Visitors who buy goods and services from the site must by necessity reveal a valid credit card number and its expiration date, in addition to the information listed above. Such information is necessary for us to conduct our business and enables us to keep you informed regarding the status of your order.

Upon the conclusion of your transaction, we destroy all information regarding your credit card number and expiration date that exists in our system. Therefore you must re-enter your credit card information each time you shop on our site.

How We Use Your Personal Information.

When you register on our Website, you give us personal information that help us to inform you of new arrivals, services, special discounts, news, or special events. We will not deliver your information to any third party (unless court ordered). Should you wish to remove your information from our site, please e-mail us at info@bility.is under the heading “remove”.
